VACANT STAGING

  • We visit every property prior to staging in order to prepare a staging design plan and individual proposal.

  • Often we make recommendations on needed repairs or changes based on the condition of the home and the market.

  • Prior to staging, we will provide our proposal and contract.

  • There is a one-time staging investment for the first 60 days and a 30 day renewal fee every month up to six months.

  • Once these documents are executed, a stage date is selected.

  • Our professional stagers will select all the items for your property.

  • The warehouse team will pull, pack and deliver everything for installation on staging day.
