Occupied Staging

  • Initially we perform a Walk & Talk Staging Consultation outlining what changes need to be made while utilizing and prioritizing the existing furniture and accessories.

  • If the homeowner would rather hire us to make the changes, we prepare a proposal and staging contract. Once executed we select a staging date.

  • On the staging date we will make the necessary changes and provide accessories and art to fill in the pre-identified gaps, resulting in a competitively positioned product.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

  • We have successfully tested and added virtual consultations to our services since March of 2020.

  • By meeting virtually there is the added benefits of seeing the property the same way the buyers will see it at first, virtually.
